Are there secondary effects ?
The laser systems considerably reduce the possibility of formation of scars or of changes in the texture of the skin. Certain patients observe a discolouration or a temporary reddening of the skin around the zone treated. Certain patients also observe that the skin becomes clearer or darkened during some months following the treatment.
As a general rule the skin returns to its normal colour. It is important to follow the recommendations of the treating doctor who suggest adequate skin care following the treatment.
